Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

• The item is damaged upon delivery.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

• Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used products
• Books with damaged or missing pages due to customer handling
• Products damaged after delivery
• Clearance or promotional sale items

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds may be issued through Mobile Banking, Bank Transfer, or the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for:

• Wrong item received
• Defective product
• Damaged product during delivery

Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error, BabuZland will cover return shipping costs.
• For customer-requested returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
